How do I remove the watermark?
Turn on Save without watermark on the Export screen. It is included with PRO, and you can also earn watermark-free saves with coins from Redeem Coins.
I paid but the app still says free.
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you bought with. If it still does not appear, email us with the purchase date.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Settings › Manage Subscription in the app takes you there, or open the Settings app › your name › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to stop the next charge.
Where did my collage go?
Saved collages go to your photo library, and a copy stays under My Projects. If a save fails the app says why - usually Photos access is off.
The AI features are missing.
Caption ideas and generated backgrounds need Apple Intelligence: a supported iPhone, a supported language, and the feature enabled in iOS Settings. Without it the app falls back to built-in suggestions.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The app makes no network requests of its own.
